CYNTHIA HUDSON Cynthia grew up with much art and dance influence. Her father was an artist attending the Kansas City Art Institute when she was born. Her mother owned a dance studio. These strong influences reflect in her work today, with an emphasis on motion and color.
After carefully choreographing a painting, the intent of the artist is for each piece to take on a mood and rhythm of its own.
Known for her use of bold strokes, vibrant colors, and heavy textures, Cynthia enjoys a variety of subjects, such as Jazz, Dance, Floral and abstracts.
